Dr. Nina Mi Oh, DDS

Been going to this dentist for well over a decade...and am leaving now because their organization and respect for customers has gone way down. They don't inform customers of things with regard to billing and when questioned about it immediately blame the customer or the insurance company. It's too bad...they are not a "shady" dentist with regard to fake cavities or anything like that...just a complete lack of accountability for any kind of billing issues that they cause by recommending additional procedures. We found out we are out of network, but even if we weren't we would have changed dentists and we were loyal customers for well over a decade. Steer clear of this office...they are not customer-friendly.

I've been a patient of Dr. Oh for 2+ years. I always received good service from her and her staff. Cleanings were done promptly and painless enough. The staff never pressured me into services I didn't need. Unfortunately, I moved out of the area, so I am with another dentist now. The current dentist did compliment my previous work done by Dr. Oh.
