He also furthered his studies by receiving his Masters of Science degree in Restorative Dentistry from the University of Michigan. In addition, Dr. Charlick served on the faculty of the University of Michigan for 30 years.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and playing softball. He is also the President of Health Team International, a Christian mission organization. He and his wife Dora May have four adult children.
