Insurance and Billing
We accept many traditional insurance plans and will process your claims for prompt reimbursement. Contact our office to verify …acceptance of your plan. Robert G. Csillag, D.M.D. does not participate in Health Management Organizations or Preferred Provider Organizations,; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you so that you can get prompt reimbursement .
Insurance  policies generally cover only portion of the cost of your treatment.  Unless  other arrangements  have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment.  It is our patients' responsibility to pay any balance not covered by the insurance company
