Dr. Kitai is great. Been my doctor for herniated discs for about a year. Excellent care and knowledge about back pain and injury.

My visit with Dr. Kitei was very thorough. He spent a lot of time with me and repeatedly asked if I had any questions. I felt heard and understood. I would highly recommend him.

He was astoundingly non-compassionate and uninterested in helping me. His level of disinterest was pretty shocking to me and my husband. He was rushed, and seemed like he couldn't care less. I'd give him zero stars if I could.

Dr. Kitei is one of the best! I had an epidural injection yesterday and I anticipated feeling a lot of pain and he was so gentle I only felt a pinch. Today I’m my lower back is feeling so much better and I owe it all to Dr. Kitei he’s the best

Dr. Kitei is one of the best doctors I have encountered. He is all the things you would want in a healthcare provider: caring, courteous, intelligent and excellent bedside manner. He takes the time to listen to everything you have to say or answer any questions you may have. He fully explains his diagnosis and presents all of the different options available for treatment, including what he recommends and why. I came to him with back pain and he has helped me tremendously. I highly recommend Dr. Kitei!

Dr. Kitei is very professional and very approachable. He is incredibly knowledgeable and his clinical observational skills are superb, as are his technical skills. He really listens, and does terrific follow up. I have already referred 2 other patients, one of whom is my husband!

Dr. Kitei was not only thorough and professional in his examination, but his kindness and positive demeanor made it clear that he cared about my issue and would help me to find the perfect solution. Had it not been for Dr. Kitei's exceptional medical care, I am certain that I would still be struggling with back pain today. I would recommend him to anyone with orthopedic issues. Dr. Kitei is a poor communicator - and does not listen well at all. He asked me questions on my 3rd visit- "how is PT going?, how is the pain in your leg now?" -- he did NOT assign me to do PT and I never had leg pain and I had to ask are you looking at my chart? he left the room to check!! very disappointed and now I have to start the process ALL over to find a doctor. I have been a long time Rothman patient - I am done with this practice.
