I recommend training your staff to be better communicators. They did not tell me that I couldn’t turn around for the test I did. They said it was a failed test and I have to come back and pay again and redo it. Doctor didn’t even come in to see me. They also don’t tell you there’s an extra fee when you pay with credit card.

I showed Dr Sujatha Gerineni the pain in my body part which needed MRI. But she gave orders for MRI of another body part which was not injured. Doctor misdiagnosed and incompetent staff tried to charge my insurance a second time to correct the error. Please don’t go to her clinic and do yourself a favor.

Dr. Gerineni and April Shaw are wonderful. Both are extremely knowledgeable and listen to the patient. My husband and I have been seeing them for about three years now and have never had a billing or care issue. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist whenever we call with a need. Referrals are done quickly when needed but neither Dr. Gerineni nor April makes a referral unless it is clearly warranted. I have numerous serious and uncommon ailments which often require longer than normal visits and I am always listened to, my opinions are respected and I am never made to feel that I have taken more than my 'allotted' time. They have recently moved into their new office on Walker Street, so they are still getting the office in order but that did not seem to affect our appointment time in any way. They are also respectful of my time, not requiring extensive time in either the waiting or exam room except in very rare circumstances. Since I am never rushed through my… appointments, these rare occasions are not major issues. Once the office is up completely there should be a phlebotomist available at the office which saves an enormous amount of time and effort when blood work is required. As a former medical professional I have found these folks exceptionally easy to work with, explaining in basic terms when needed for areas outside my expertise, but respecting my knowledge and experience when helping me through these health issues. I highly recommend the doctors, medical professionals and office staff and have referred others to their office. I trust them, like them and highly respect them all. If you are searching for a caring, friendly, and knowledgeable physician's office, this is the place.

I had a new patient visit pre billed through insurance, then paid out of pocket at the office visit, so am requesting a refund of the extra $250.00. Dr. Gerineni did not believe my chronic fatigue is real and referred me to a psychiatrist. She made it sound like she would not refill my existing prescription.

Dr. Gerineni has been key to my recovery following a MC accident. She is thorough with tests, appointments are help on schedule, and her office staff is AWESOME! Dr. Gerineni is very knowledgeable as well as compassionate. She always treats me with respect and responds to any questions I have.
