I didn’t have to wait long. Maybe 10 minutes before I was attended. The staff was friendly and helpful. My visit was a pleasure.

Please share this with staff. This is my 4th eye Dr for the same issue. For years just one eye would get swollen, painful and red and then day or two later go back to normal. I’ve never before been fit into the schedule during a “flare”. Dr Bakhtiary’s staff got me in and was able to see my “flared” eye. Tests are not in yet but his thoughts about what is happening is much different than past Dr’s which course of treatment did not help. Thx u, I hope certain eye issues are priority for staff to get patients in ASAP. This could be a game charger for me.

Doctor Bakhtiary is professional and friendly. It is always a a good experience to see him. I would highly recommend him.

Had a great experienced in last visit on 02-03-26. Dr. Bakhtiary is a very competent eye doctor and he listens to his patient’s concern, explains well the problem, recommends solution and care for our eyes and visions. Dr. Bakhtiary was very nice, knowledgeable, experienced professional. He explained the examination thoroughly and efficiently. Highly recommended. The staff was very nice. It was a good visit.

I do not like writing negative reviews, but The Pacific Eye Institute has canceled/rescheduled several times so far and did not provide correct information on more than one occasion and re: postoperative protocol for the type of procedure being done, causing more confusion and rescheduling for my 81 year old mother. I handle the appointments and advocate for her, but I live 8 hours away and unfortunately I'm her main source of transportation to get to these surgeries, requiring lots of planning and time off work. I understand everyone makes mistakes and my mom is just one patient of countless. I have no doubt that Dr. Bakhtiary is an excellent surgeon and for the most part, he and staff have been kind, but I am wondering how many more future appointments are going to be canceled/rescheduled? There are several more to go and every time this happens, it's a little more than just "inconvenient". I was told one of the cancelations was due to an emergency (it was canceled a week before)… but the others, just mistakes. I'm not inclined to assume schedulers are at fault here. I just hope the medical staff AND doctors will communicate better in the future? It goes both ways.

Doctor Bakhtiary has treated me for years. I still have my vision due to his skill.

I had cataract surgery and He’s a very good Dr and did a wonderful job on me.

He is a good communicator, did everything he was supposed to do, & professional in every way. He’s very good in all that he does.
