Dr. Dina I Morar, OD

She is a gaslighting incompetent doctor who won’t advocate for a patient. She is rude and doesn’t know how to check eyes. She should have her license stripped from her. She screwed up my contact consult the first time and she has lit me to the point that I had to ask her to stop and explain that mistakes do happen. She fixed the issue. I went back to her to even give her the benefit of the doubt and she not only gave me a new prescription - but it is not available anywhere, after speaking to her on the portal a few times and her recommending contact brands that don’t even exist, she told me she would not speak to me anymore. She told me I would have to come back in and pay for another appointment since she couldn’t help me again. Now she holds the balance of my prescription. My sight and my benefits in her hand and refused to help me. Actually told me to “never come back to her office she never wants to see me again”. And this was in front of the director of the office.

Doctor Morar rescheduled on me THREE TIMES. Luckily for me I was available to answer the phone those times. However on the day of my actual appointment when I came in she (shocker) was again "out due to emergency". All this was within a week time period. I checked in online an hour prior to arriving and when I did I was told "she canceled her appointments today and informed me". Apparently they called me from an unknown number and did NOT leave a voice msg, an email, a regular msg or any update besides "they tried calling and I didn't pick up".
