I had a major foot surgery with Dr. Moss. I was prepared for my surgery and recovery because he told me exactly what to expect. He told me if I listened to him and did everything he told me I would be back up and walking in no time. I did my my PT with Stephanie (in their office). She explains every step of PT and is very professional. She told me what exercises to do at home and that it was important to do everyday or my recovery time would be longer. Dr. Moss an his staff are wonderful. His office is run efficiently and kindly and I would recommend them to anyone needing foot/ankle care. Basically if you do what he says your recovery time is exactly what he tells you.

Saw the Doctor last year had surgery on my heel, had some discomfort after surgery. The Doctor persisted and I was finally discharged this week. No pain and I can walk as much I want no pain. Dr. Moss listened and was very attentive to my needs a very competent Doctor that listens to his patients.

Dr Moss did a toe fusion for me. The procedure went great! Office visit was never a long wait like some doctors offices. Very pleased with the results and Dr Miss.

Our teenage daughter dances in drill team. She injured her ankle in a non-dance activity and a nurse-relative recommended that we use Dr. Mark Moss. As it turned out, our daughter's injury required surgery. Through the entire process, Dr. Moss was a professional, explaining every detail and what to expect. He referred us to a physical therapy location that he knew would be able to rehab her specific repaired injury to the level she would need as an active drill team dancer. He also extended PT to allow for the extra recovery to help insure she was ready for her activity level (their is a lot of leaping, jumping, etc. in drill team dancing). The office staff were always kind and the appointment wait time was always reasonable. We will always appreciate Dr. Moss and refer him to family and friends who may need an ankle/foot specialist.

Dr. Moss quickly diagnosed my problem and treated it. In my follow up visit 2 weeks later, I felt fine.

I went to Dr. Moss after shattering my toe. Dr. Moss has been caring, compassionate and kind. Always professional and answered all of my questions. I have complete confidence in him. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Moss, and his excellent staff are so wonderful. He explained complex reconstructive surgery in details and that one can understand. The bed side manner was top notch and follow up visits were very good. He is extremely thorough in his work and quite entertaining. His nurses are very nice. They are readily available and very helpful when you call (even if you leave a message they get back to you fairly quick). You can trust Dr. Moss with your ankle/foot surgery. He and his staff will take good care of you and your family.

Dr. Moss said he was "100 percent" certain I had an ankle tendon tear, even though the MRI radiologist said there were no tears visible in the MRI. Dr. Moss very proudly and arrogantly said he had learned to read his own MRIs. Well, 18 months after getting the surgery he recommended, I'm still in pain and my ankle still swells daily and nothing has improved. I wasted two years of my life and thousands of dollars. Just because he seems like he knows what he's doing, doesn't mean he does. FYI: My new doctor at NASA Bone and Joint GUESSED who my previous doctor had been!!!! Dr. Moss is notorious with other doctors. Go somewhere else.

Dr Moss is very wonderful with his patients. His staff is wonderful and caring. He did both of my feet and very understanding and patent. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their feet. He is awesome!
