Dr. Catherine Marie Collins, MD

"Dr" Collins is over priced and does not take insurance. As a current patient, I wouldn't trust this lady to take a pizza out the oven. My experience with this "doctor": by far the most incompetent therapy session I have ever had. I could talk to a homeless person and feel like I'm getting better quality feedback. When speaking with her, it felt most things went out in one ear and out the other. To me, it seems as though she does not care, and just wants more money. Communication skills seem ineffective. She set expectations, but did not follow through. I have seen no benefit from using her services, and would stay as far away as possible. She has continued to schedule therapy sessions without providing a proper treatment plan, which seems extremely snake-like and unprofessional form a "doctor" . Lastly, payment policy is an absolute joke.

She practiced for over half a year without a license... she had so many complaints against her, it’s ridiculous. You can’t read her involvement in family court cases because she does whatever she’s told by the judge (regardless how detrimental it is to those involved) and they seal her testimony to “protect” her anonymity. Her medical licensure and sanctions are public record, though. Just go on the website or request them from the department of health.

She was able to work and continues to work with my son on a breadth of issues. Amazing!

Only takes cash and is nearly impossible to get in touch with. Says she will contact you and is never heard from.

Dr. Collins is professional and warm, a combination not often seen. She has been a big help to my whole family.
