Dr. Otte was very nice but I waited for over an hour to see him. I was just in an accident and broke my shoulder and sitting in the hard chair was not comfortable for that period of time. The receptionist said she sent a txt for registration but I didn’t get one. I hope next visit I won’t have to wait so long and can get my portal and registration complete.

When Dr. Otte came into my room he was very prepared with my history. He examined my knee thoroughly and told me it was healing well and no surgery was needed. I was glad to hear this news and then he asked me about a couple other issues that I had been in the ER that had nothing to do with his field. I am amazed that he took the time to read my reports and ask me about it. He is a very caring person and made me feel that he wasn’t just interested in my knee issue but in me. I have been in his office before and have been treated by his PA. The entire staff is just wonderful. I certainly am sorry that I hurt my knee but getting to see him in such a short amount of time, and to have him treat me so kindly was just amazing. I’m so glad I found him and his talented staff.

I had a first time visit with Dr. Otte. I suffered a broken wrist from a work accident . He was very clear showing me the x rays and explaining what had happened. I was very happy with my visit and all the staff as well. The lady that did my cast was very professional, I complimented her on her work. Well done everyone!!
