Dr. Luis C. Grau, MD

Had both knees replaced by Dr. Grau in 2024. Before surgery, I could barely walk for a few minutes without being in pain. After surgery, I’m back at work walking all day long pain-free. I thank Dr. Grau for giving me back a normal life. Dr. Grau and his staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Grau to anyone needing knee replacement surgery.

I had an anterior complete right hip surgery done by Dr Grau in April of 2024. Prior to my surgery I had been in serious pain for fourteen months which motivated me to seek an orthopedic surgeon. A dear friend had a complete hip replacement done by Dr Grau and gave him rave reviews. I met him in March and after an MRI and x-rays we decided to move forward with surgery. Dr Grau was very professional and very thorough with his examination of my hip. He was also ver pleasant and friendly with me and gave me a very comfortable impression of his bedside manner. On the day of the operation he met with me prior to the procedure to explain what would be happening. Much to my surprise, after the surgery I was asked to stand and walk the hospitals hallway and my pain was gone. I viewed it as miraculous! Since April I have been back to follow up with the doctor several times and his staff and he treated me very well. My heartfelt thanks to Dr Grau for taking my pain away and becoming my go to… Orthopedic Surgeon for life. I strongly recommend him to anyone in need of medical attention for a hip or knee surgery.

So grateful I was able to contact Dr Luis Grau! He did a phenomenal job 4 yrs ago on my knee so I definitely was going to see him for other knee issues. I'm completely confident I made the best possible choice scheduling an appt with him once again. Professional and knowledgeable. Efficient and friendly staff. Really good experience.

Dr. Grau is by far one of the most compassionate doctors I have had throughout my many medical challenges. His bedside manner and expertise with my knee replacement surgery was exceptional. He actually made it a pleasure to have surgery. Imagine that? LOL He is simply THE BEST in his field. I cannot thank him enough. I will refer him forever. ??

On December 20, Dr. Grau performed my right anterior hip replacement. It is unbelievable==two weeks out and no pain. I had very little pain immediately after surgery and was walking and going up and down stairs same within hours. Today, 6 weeks later--no pain at all. I am so grateful to Dr. Grau for his expertise, sensitivity, and care throughout my whole process --from my initial consultation and diagnosis to pre and post surgical exams. Muy buen doctor mi operacion fue el 25 de Febrero 2021 tuve 3 operaciones en mi pierna antiguamente y cuando conoci al Dr Grau me dio confianza y me opero, hoy puedo caminar con mas seguridad y sin dolor, Mi operacion fue en la pierna derecha en la Rodilla con implantes que van conectado al hueso inferior y hueso superior y mi trabajo es intallar toldos y hoy lo estoy haciendo sin ningun problema subiendo y bajando las escaleras con precaucion si tu tienes un problema en tu pierna con dolor inflamacion o etc etc. te recomiendo que llames al DR Luis C.Grau

mi nombre praxedo munoz mi operacion fue un 100 x 100 extitosa ahora tengo un 90 x100 menos dolor que antes de la operacion y apenas hace un mes, me hicieron una operacion parcial de la rodiilla muchas gracias doctor grau.

I had my right knee replaced two years ago by another surgeon. He was also a good surgeon but not as good as Dr. Grau. For that surgery I spent two nights in the hospital and had a more difficult recovery. Dr. Grau and his team were efficient and meticulous. They are very caring and want the best results for their patients. I had a Quad sparing TKR of my left knee and amazingly was walking and leaving the hospital the same day. I am coming up on 4 weeks post op and I'm further along in my recovery than I was the last time. Top notch is all I can say.
