Discussion was very detailed and understandable - spent lot of time testing and explaining. Post appt communication was great.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor spent a good amount of time with me and was not rushed. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way that I could understand and fathom. It took a while to get a follow up appointment, which could have been a computer thing, but everyone was very nice. It is a large facility and everyone took the time to show me where everything was and what to expect for the next visit. The labs and imaging are all in the same building. I'm glad I came here.

Dr. Greenfield treats his patients as if they are his family. He has the best personality of ANY physician I have ever had the pleasure to meet. His nurse Marilyn has the best "bedside" manner, she is prompt and ALWAYS nice. I never have any problems getting an appointment or a return call. The ladies in the front office always speak kindly and smile, seeming to never have a bad day. Never have I heard or overheard gossip from any of the staff. They have an online patient portal that allows you to see your bill, office notes, test results etc. You can use it to get medication refills, sched an appointment or message the doctor personally. I wish EVERY physician would run their practice like him.

I would recommend Dr. Greenfield to any friend or family member. I had a medical emergency and Dr. Greenfield's staff was able to get me an appointment immediately. No worrying or waiting.

I drove in to Dallas from about 2 hours away, and when arriving within 20 minutes prior to the appointment time, had a wait of perhaps 5 minutes for reception's ground floor registration, but upon arriving on the 4th floor to his actual office within the Texas Neurology building, was called nearly immediately (hadn't even sat down) as I came up the elevator. The man in person is right to the point and direct with his questions, and had a very genial attitude and appearance. He bears striking resemblance in manner and complexion to Gilderoy Lockhart, one of the professors from the Harry Potter films, on my first visual impression -- and had a spacious, modern-design office across the hall from my exam room. The assisting staff was polite and cheerful, and eager to help out as needed. I would highly recommend him, and visit again as needed.

Dr. Greenfield spent time with me asking lots of questions. Very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and I am thankful my doctor sent me to him.
