I am a snow bird with Cervical Dystonia. I receive Botox injections every 3 months. I tried for days to find a Neurologist that gives EMG guided Botox injections. Even though their websites would say that they do these injections, I was told that they did not! I was so happy to find Dr. DeLima. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. Now that I am in their system, I will be able to have my injections when we are down here from the Midwest. What a relief to find her and trust her entirely.

Dr. De Lima is so kind, caring and a collaborative partner who works with me to find the right solution such as Botox injections to reduce the level of my "contortions", pain, suffering and give me the ability to try other means to reduce the spasticity and live a better life. Dr. De Lima has been one of my favorite doctors since moving here to Arizona. She quickly diagnosed my Parkinson’s Disease & got me on medication & physical therapy to help with symptoms. She is kind, caring & very knowledgeable. I waited 6 months to go for a second opinion to the head of the Parkinson’s center at Barrow Brain & Spine & came back to Dr. De Lima. I highly recommend her

She was extremely knowledgeable/ friendly/and specializes in Parkinson disease. She did some physical tests on me. I am also getting an MRI just to be sure things r ok. I highly recommend her.

The office and staff are very professional and efficient but I never feel that they are trying to rush me out. Dr. De Lima actively listens to me and I trust her medical expertise. I especially like that my next appointment is made in the exam room before I leave.
