Dr. Allison E. Lapins, MD

Dr. Allison Lapins is a board-certified neurologist who specializes in cognitive disorders and dementia care. She earned her medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science Chicago Medical School and completed her neurology residency at the University of Chicago in 2021. Dr. Lapins then pursued advanced fellowship training in cognitive neurology at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University, completing this specialized program in 2023. With nine years of experience in medicine, she brings focused expertise to the treatment of memory disorders and neurological conditions. She is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to serve diverse patient populations.

Dr. Lapins practices at the Cognitive Neurology & Alzheimer's Disease Center in Chicago, Illinois, and maintains hospital privileges at Evanston Hospital.
