My teen daughter was very apprehensive about going to therapy. It took two appointments and talks with her pediatrician describing that "100% of the patients she has referred to Dr. Lori and their families have been very satisfied." Not only has this been our experience, but I am thankful that our daughter's mood and outlook have improved and that she looks forward to her sessions. I appreciate Dr. Lori's ongoing assessment regarding the issues that brought us in to see her and her thoroughness at each visit.

I found her website misleading. She is not a parent and doesn’t understand the realities of today. I don’t recommend her. I found her unprofessional.

I have known and been working with Lori A. Huett for a couple years now, and the amount of thoughtfulness/care that goes into working/helping the people who are blessed enough that seek out her services doesn't go unnoticed. She is a very professional provider, and I trust her character/knowledge and judgement, and I know she goes above and beyond to put in the work in order to help provide the highest services/counseling needed in order to help you back on your feet, and how to approach situations in a healthier way.

I grew up in a dysfunctional family. When I was at home it was incredibly stressful for me. I began to use drugs and almost became a serious drug addict. I met Dr. Lori Huett-Larson when she was practicing in Colorado. With her help I was able to rebuild my integrity. It was difficult at first because I was antisocial and had low self-esteem. I couldn’t trust people because I was brought up by such a controlling family. But Dr. Huett-Larson’s patience, compassion, & understanding helped me to relearn trust. With her help I began to accept myself. After years of help from Dr. Huett-Larson, I was able to look in the mirror and see myself instead of the judgements other people had placed on me. Eventually I was able to forgive my family. I am still learning how to deal with negative events. However, I can think more realistically now. Dr. Huett-Larson, there are no words to express my gratitude for your patience and kindness in helping me. Thank you for guiding me to a better life.

When going through a traumatic family situation, she was truly a godsend. She asked poignant questions that made me think outside the box and gave me a different perspective on the situation. She shed light on ideas and considerations I hadn't even thought of! Dr. HUETT to the rescue!

Our family has been very satisfied with the treatment we have received. We highly recommend based on our experience.

I do not recommend this psychologist to anyone. Do not bring your child to see her.
