Dr. Andrew Toon Lee, DO

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Andrew Lee for about 10 years and he is without a doubt the nicest and most thorough physician I’ve ever met. His bedside manner is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Lee!

Dr. Andrew Lee has been my primary care physician for the past two years. As an ER Nurse for over twenty years, I have high standards of medical care for both myself, and others. Dr. Lee is a compassionate healthcare advocate who truly looks out for my overall well-being. I hold confidence in his judgement and medical knowledge. Dr. Lee's communication is soft and gentle with a professional bedside manner that puts me at ease. Thank you Dr. Lee, you have been, and continue to be, an integral part of my healthcare team that empowers me to full recovery, one step at a time! Warning to women: I was explicit when calling that I only wanted a renewal of my birth control prescription. I saw Dr. Andrew Lee and the only diagnosis was I need birth control. This is a preventive service but JH keeps billing me for it. Controlling HHS and HRSA guidelines defining the scope of preventive care provide that "Contraceptive care should include contraceptive counseling, initiation of contraceptive use, and follow-up care (e.g. management, and evaluation as well as changes to and removal or discontinuation of the contraceptive method." JH inappropriately billed the visit as a problem visit and is claiming it's not preventive because I didn't get in the stirrups. I've made three calls to my insurance, three calls to JH billing, and three or four emails to JH billing. JH refuses to amend their billing to use the appropriate preventive code for contraceptive counseling. I actually really liked Dr Lee in person but I refuse to see anyone who puts barriers… between me and my birth control so I'm filing a complaint for inappropriate billing and getting a new doctor.

Most well-run medical practice I've ever experienced. Dr Lee is patient, attentive and thorough. Always a pleasure to come here. Keep up the excellent work and thank you.

Dr. Lee and his staff are plainly the most outstanding medical folks I have encounter in my life! They are in a league that is unique in knowledge and compassion.

Dr. Lee is wonderful. He has the best bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. I went to his dad for many years and now Dr. Lee has taken over the practice. You might have to wait up to a week to get a routine appointment, but he is worth the wait!

Dr. Lee is fantastic. He has a very good bedside manner and is quick and efficient with his diagnosis. The office is not high-tech, but the diagnosis is top-notch. If you have questions he will usually get back to you the same day. Highly recommended.

Dr. Lee gives you as much time as you need to explain your problem and to accurately diagnose the condition. He then explains the diagnosis to you, and gives you what you need. Because he spends time with his patients, you may have to wait a little longer to meet with him, which is why I didn't give an excellent rating for "ease in getting an appointment" and "waiting during a visit." But I would trade both for the excellent care he provides.
