I came to him after going to Urgent Care and the ER with a severe thumb infection. He took the time to assess the issue and decided I needed surgery quickly. I was scheduled within days, and he saved my thumb! I highly recommend him with any hand issues.

Our 2.5 year old daughter severed her finger. With very few hand surgeons willing to take on such a small child, we're relieved to have found Dr. Zaino. He took great care of our daughter, made her feel comfortable and was very thorough. Since the surgery, everything looks better than expected and still healing but almost back to normal. Dr. Zaino was careful to explain what my issues were and how I might proceed - surgery or live with what was likely continued pain and lack of strength. I decided to get surgery and it was a success. After a few months of PT I am getting back to normal. His post-op appointments were direct and to the point and answered any questions I had.

Dr. Zaino was wonderful. I needed a cervical spinal fusion, ulnar release at the elbow and carpal tunnel release at the wrist. He and Dr. Salari coordinated together to ensure that I could have all three surgeries back to back so I could heal together and get back to work within 11 weeks! I am the sole provider for myself and my two children. Without their help, there is no way I could work let alone function. Before surgery I was beginning to lose functioning of my hand and arm. I have regained functioning and the clawing in my hand is gone. The pain prior to surgery was indescribable, but now its mild if at all (I probably waited a little longer than I should have for surgery) Also, he's funny and easy to talk to.

Accurately diagnosed what was wrong and successfully fixed the problem and so much more that we did not even know about! He really cares about his patients and makes sure you are truly satisfied and feeling 100 percent.
