I was very fearful going into Surgery. All the stuff spoke very highly on dr bergeson skills. It’s been a month and I’m very glad I had surgery and thankful I choose dr bergeson. I highly recommended him if your choosing a dr.

Initial meeting, Dr. Bergeson explained procedure thoroughly with potential risks involved. Day of surgery, Dr. Bergeson again explained what would happen pe-op, during surgery and post-op. He visited me later in the day to check on how I was doing with PT and pain management. Follow-up visit, again thorough explanation of next few months. Can't imagine a doctor being more thorough, responsive and caring.

Dr Jeffery Smith replaced both of my knees. After 2 years I was in continual pain in my left knee. It was swollen. Doctor Bergeson treated me like a machine. He checked X-rays and said there was nothing wrong. He had a blood test that turned out negative. He proscribed PT. After 4 month my knee still hurt. He did not help me, and seemed to not be interested.

Had a total hip replacement. Dr. Bergeson was very professional and made sure his instructions were followed. His follow-up was good. I was walking within 30 minutes after the surgery. I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent care before during and after total hip surgery, ie time taken to explain surgery, and possible individual issues that needed to be evaluated and managed were identified. Whenever the office was called, his personal nurse returned the calls before the day ended.
