Dr. Alan Todd Glass, MD

I think that he is an excellent dermatologist. His staff won't even check if he certain insurance to help him have more clients they don't even have to make appointments so I don't understand what is the stress to check to make sure he is under the insurance plan

Just had a small area of skin cancer removed by Dr Glass, after being diagnosed by Rebecca Sklar, in his office.... Dr Glass is courteous, calm and kind....made the whole experience a lot less nervewracking for me...wonderful doctor, wonderful staff...(this was his Inwood office)

The absolute best dermatologist ever

One would believe that the excellent rating for Dr Glass would indicate a competent staff. What a disappointment. When calling to make an appointment for my son, the receptionist and nurse insisted that his condition did not require exactly what my son's surgeon dictated, but the nurse asked if I was not sure I was speaking of an ovarian cyst, for my son. They were rude, ignorant and insulting. If I can't get to the doctor because of the staff - then the doctor can not deserve the high ratings he's been given. Something here is suspect. Whatever that may be, Dr Glass can not be our dermatologist. (Fields required only reflect the staff, we never got to see the doctor)
