"I was on the diagnosis merry-go-round for 4 years being dismissed & gaslighted after passing out, convulsing & wetting my pants in May 2020. It happened again in December 2023. I went to Dr. Jacome & he listened to my history & symptoms. He found the problem right away- cervical dystonia & cervical myelopathy. I saw him on March 25th when he said he wanted to order Botox. 10 days went by & Janet, the office manager, had not sent the order in. I had to get my insurance company to call her for the Rx. Then it was put in as a Rx, which was denied. The pharma company had to get re-authorization, that took 6 days for Janet to get back to them. All the while, I'm having a severe 4 month long ear ache. Day 28 the pharma company robo calls to say it will be shipped. The next day the order has been canceled. That is because Janet put a "buy-in" option on the order. That means the doctor's office pays & get reimbursed by the insurance. If the doctor is paying, that is a different company! The… order was completely canceled after 29 days! I've left messages for Janet to find out what we do next, if anything. Or do we wait for me to pass out again & maybe not wake up? Great doctor- TERRIBLE office staff!!!!! "

Jocome is a very good, nice, attendant Doctor also he takes time with his patients. And worries for the patient. Also, he cares for your health for sure. his staff are nice to treat if you leave a message they call the same day or the day before, 42 hours a. I had a good experience, and my husband did too, we had seen him for more than 16 years already. I recommend him, he took care of me when I most needed someone to see me and since then he has been my Neurologist. Aim lucky to have him.

He is the worst neurologist!!! Does not care about his patients!!!!! Lies !!! would rather throw meds at you than see you dont put your life in this mans hands. You are only a number $$$ that is it !!!

Dr. Jacome has a very nice manner and will research your problem in every way possible.

I was sent by suggestion of a worker at my Health Plan,The best recommendation in quite some time...Dr Jacome is an extremely high functioning individual,He is very well educated,and has a wonderful 'Bedside Manner' and doesn't give up,one thing i surely needed alot of!! as i have a few degenerative neuro situations,But,I am informed,and always exploring new or different treatments and alterations to my existence.. The Good Dr,is quite capable of speaking to everyone at their level,as he does with me, as a retired Medical Professional ,He is very clever and on top of his game,a great guy and a exemplary Neurologist

i would trade all my Dr's in for this one DR.,very smart guy.....very interested in treating his pt's...takes his time...wonderful Dr..

Always overbooked, no apology made by the doctor. The minimum time a patient will wait to see the doctor for a scheduled appointment is 2 hours. Does not spend enough time with the patient.

The guy was a Joke. He misdiagnosedme, deliberately, my painful muscle spams as " cervical dystonia" to justify doing Botox. I have seen two other neurlogists who all disputed his diagnosis. His bed side manner was so rude

Dr. Jacome is a very caring, effective doctor. I have been going to him for about 9 years for migraines and dystonia and he has helped me a lot with both conditions. He has always fit me into his schedule if something flared up and I was in a lot of pain. He has spent a lot of time with me as needed if I had a lot of questions or concerns. I recommend him very highly.

Nice Doctor . Very Accurate in his diagnosis.
