Dr. Altee Stephenson Johnson, MD

Dr. Johnson earned her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA in 2004. She completed her pediatrics residency at Emory University and her family medicine residency at Columbus Regional Family Medicine. Dr. Johnson completed her family medicine residency in Columbus, GA and board certified in family medicine and is certified in advanced cardiac life support. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians Group, Dr. Johnson was in practice at the PAPP Clinic. She also practiced pediatrics at Rivertown Pediatrics in Columbus for several years after residency. She has a special interest in primary care, women's health care, children and adolescent healthcare and preventative medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Johnson enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Dr. Johnson enjoys seeing all ages and treating patients as a whole: body, mind and spirit. Dr. Johnson is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
