Dr. Anand Mohan Chaturvedi, MD

It is a hassle everytime you need a refill on your prescription.I haven't been feeling Dr. Cherveti told me to call him and let him know how I was feeling after 3 calls I gave up I just wonder if he get his messages.

I just need my medications called in when they are due, at the strength they are supposed to be at. I shouldn't have to call between the M.D., the receptionist, and MY pharmacy that I've been with for years over getting my correct medications and strengths as told to me by my physician whom I still have trust in. What is the deal with this place? When I call again to ask where my medicine is...I just don't know...I just don't know. I thought I had found a Doctor I really liked, but a good staff is just as important. I can't get stable like this and I'm trying to.

I think the doctor is great, but I haven't even seen him a year yet and am wondering if this isn't the worst place I've ever been...because of his staff. 1) they are rude.they would much rather be doing something else. they cut you off during the conversation and hangup 2) I have tried my best to maintain my sanity during these few months...and this is the worst flaw of his practice of all. I've tried to reach him during the day several times and a few times after hours regarding problems with my medications, side effects, or being out of my medicines -for the last five days for example! I found out... it's not him, no one gives him his messages!!! How am I supposed to lead a life recovering to the best of my abilities like this?

Good luck getting past the rude receptionist, Shawna. She has no business working with people in that environment. I dealt with her for 3 years. She made my experience going there absolutely horrible. I dreaded anytime I had to call for a prescription knowing I had to deal with her. I’ve since left Dr. Chaturvedi and found an awesome doctor in Fairlawn!

Love love love him! Very thorough... Only low stars are for extreme wait times
