It is because of Andrew Elliott, MD that I was able to fulfill a personal goal of building worldwide with Habitat for Humanity. Superb surgeon who completed a very complicated right foot surgery without leaving hideous scars.. Thoughtful, empathetic...frankly, the best!

I have been dealing with ankle issues for over 15 years. I've had multiple surgeries and went to Dr. Elliot out of desperation (and after a glowing recommendation for another Ortho Surgeon). He literally helped me to walk again. He tries what he can to help you without unnecessary surgery, has time to talk to you and really explain your options and really cares about you as a person - not just a patient. Would I recommend Dr. Elliott? In a heartbeat. I've been to them all, and I trust him completely.

Dr. Elliott was very professional and did not criticize the doctor who performed my surgery. I have nerve pain and he suggested that I have a pin removed and if I still had pain to return for a CAT scan. I will see him again as I did have the minor surgery for the pin removal. I should have gone to him for the first surgery on my foot. He has a fabulous background . He answered all my questions. I am going to make another appointment to see him as I am still in pain. I highly recommend Dr. Elliott.

Eight years ago I had a botched foot surgery at another facility. HHS/ Dr Elliott was recommended to me by a friend. Dr. Elliott literally saved my life. I needed a corrective procedure which Dr. Elliot explained would not completely correct the damage had been done but that it could be managed. He was honest, up front and compassionate. I now see him for an unrelated issue which he has addressed without surgery. Simply put- he is a brilliant physician. HSS truly is a "special" hospital, filled with very special medical professionals.

My care under Dr. Elliott has been stellar. He has a very good bedside manner and is not a proponet of surgery--he only operates when it is warranted. I recoomend him highly.

had surgery w/dr. elliott and the surgery was not successful since i was still having pain after one year!!! went to a number of visits with him after surgery and he said tried a few things that did not work and said there was nothing else he can do for me and told me to go to other doctors and really didn't care about me after that. it seemed like he wanted to just get rid of me. oh well live and learn. would not recommend him to anyone since i am still having pain and am trying to find another solution with other doctors that will be more helpful!!!
