Dr. Andrew Joseph Hall, MD

I went in as a Scripps patient. I was very sick and although my Flu results came back negative. Dr Hall stated that there is still a 10% chance that you have it and didn’t even offer me Tamiflu. Just sending me on my way and that I just had crud. The next day I became even sicker with a 103 temp so I called and left a message requesting Tamiflu as I was pretty sure it was the flu. I don’t hear back from his office so a few hours later I called the front desk and she said the doctor called it in this morning. Tamiflu being a sensitive time frame it would have been nice if they told me he called it in. I was just over all disappointed that for a health care provider to have little concern for a patient.

The service from office staff has really gone down hill. Every time I call I am put on hold, the latest for 25 minutes and I finally gave up.. The online services have really gone down hill too. Lab test information is rarely posted and when it is its hard to read.

I have been a patient of Andrew Hall's for about a decade. My opinion is; he is an excellent, concerned Doctor. It is never hard to quickly get an appointment. And, he always takes time to listen to my many medical issues. I have always been satisfied with his diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Hall is a good Doctor of Internal Medicine for people who are pro-active in their medical care. He will work with you and be sure you are taking important medications and tests. I highly respect his manor and his expertise.
