Dr. Anikar Chhabra, MD

I remember being nervous about moving to a new city with a fairly rare degenerative condition. I felt nervous that I might not find the same level of care.... I was right, I found better! Dr. Chhabra has been a fantastic partner in my health care. He listens openly and ensures that you understand your condition, and the fact that you play active role in your treatment plan. He understands that I am an athlete, fully comprehends the joint impact and dynamics involved in my sport. I wouldn't trade him for the world.

I had a broken wrist and you treated me and eased me through everything. Great manners and patience.

Tore my ACL and a month to the day later, he preformed the surgery. The scars are barely noticeable. He is busy but was always willing to answer my questions. He encouraged me to contact him at any time for any reason. I never did though because everything has went well and his PA (Donald Dulle) has been great.

Dr. Chhabra has worked on both my legs, one had a rod put in my shin bone for a stress fracture which has healed wonderfully with little scares. My other leg, I tore my ACL which in a week after getting the swelling down he worked on it and got me out in less then a day with little scaring. Dr. Chhabra is great at what he does and will always be referred by me to anyone who is looking for someone like him.

ROTATOR CUFF SURGERY 2 YEARS AGO. SHOULDER FEELS GREAT!

Impersonal. Has very poor bedside manner and always seems to be in a rush. I have had problems with my shoulder for a few years and I have been very frsutrated in getting to the core of the problem. My primary doctor highly recommended Chhabra-I was disappointment to put it politely. He never spent more than 3-5 minutes in the room and made me feel as if the questions I had were a nuisance to him. Turns out my arm had dislocated during a car accident a couple of years prior and has not been sitting in the correct place since. I now have developed a deformity which is why I had so many complaints about my arm to date. Before this, I felt that Dr. Chhabra did not care about my complaints and believed I was "makinng it all up." After the second visit with him I left upset and almost cried at how impersonal the visit was. I also left a complaint form to the office and never heard anything back to "solve" the problem.

Dr. Chhabra performed surgery on my son's knee 3 weeks ago. Dr Chhabra and his PA are awesome they checked on my son several times after surgery and called to see if all was going well. After being told my son's injury was not something 2 pervious Dr. could do I am so glad I found Dr Chhabra I wouldn't trust my son's care to ANYONE else. He is truly awesome, he knows his stuff, cares, and has a great bedside manner. As someone who works in the medical field as an MA I can truly say I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Thank You Dr. Chhabra and staff you guys rock!!

Dr. Chhabra has performed 4 different surgeries on me, knees and shoulder. I wouldn't trust my care to ANYONE else. He is truly awesome, knows his stuff, cares, and has a great bedside manner. He also has a great PA. They truly work together great as a team and take great care of you. If you need an orthopedic dr. he is definately the one.

My daughter had a torn achilles from dancing and my husband had a meniscus repair. Dr Chhabra operated on both and did an outstanding job. We feel the recovery was cut in half because of his expertise and technique. I would highly reccommend him, especially for athletes.
