First time having a baby 2 years ago & he was extremely rude. The nurse wasn’t giving me the answers I was looking for, they gave me fluids & my contractions stopped then they wanted to give me pitocin & I was curious why we were trying to rush everything if they stopped, he took that as I was wanting to go home so as he walked in the room with his hands crossed in front of him, he said you’re not going home & I said I know, I’m just wondering why we’re trying to rush everything. He must’ve said something to the nurse following shift, when she walked in the room she said if I tell you to go on your side, you have to right away, you can’t say one second. I looked over at my husband & said wth did that doc tell the nurse for her to say something like that. I wasn’t being complicated at all, it was my first time having a baby. All in all they ended up rushing me for an emergency c section & ended up getting an infection afterwards at Cdh. I’m now carrying my second & scared to ever go… back there.

Guy is F joke , My wife was pregnant and He yelled at her and made her cry..He's so lucky I was not there .. I would call him every name in the F book...100 ?? NEP

I almost lost my life from hemorrhaging (two maxi pads in 5min and saturated a wash cloth in 10min type bleeding)because of this man. He felt I should just walk around and take ibuprofen. Thank goodness I took myself to the ER when I did and the ER doctor advocated for me to get the correct care. I ended up in the ICU. My blood pressure dropped to 62/35, I lost so much blood I needed two bags of blood and plasma. I had to fight to stay conscious. It was the scary night of my life. I will have PTSD for the rest of my life.

He is unbelievably rude, talks over you, very unprofessional and does not listen. The ego is unreal. Would rather be NOT seen than ever see him again or speak with him regarding care

Dr. Torres performed the D & C procedure after my miscarriage. He had amazing bedside manner and worked hard to lighten my mood during a very sad time. He also encouraged me to try again and assured me that it would happen.

To me he's the best obgyn there is

I suffered post traumatic stress disorder, after the delivery of my son. He ripped me apart with a vacuum to deliver my son, I had ripped from end to end. As he sowed me up with little to no pain meds, he talk down to me like this was all my fault I ripped so bad. Please do your self and your baby a life saving descsion and find another dr. There are so many kind drs out there better qualified. It says something when the labor and delivery nurses dont like him..

I have been a patient of Dr. Torres for 10 years. Before I saw him, I had a couple other rheumatologist s that mishandled my care. Dr. Torres has a great bedside manner and is tops in my book.

I went in w/ emergency appt. NEVER AGAIN will I go to him. Bedside manner was awful, he diagnosed me with something he didn't even need to. So strange. Didnt talk to me through the whole procedure. door was open as he gave me a doom and gloom prognosis. AWFUL DOCTOR. He did nothing to reassure me. Please go elsewhere for better care.

Dr. Torres is always in a rush, careless and doesn't take his time to answer your questions and explain what is wrong with you.
