Dr. Benjamin Epstein is great. He always listens to all my concerns and does whatever testing necessary to rule out any issues. He’s very caring and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a “forever” doctor

Dangerous in his inactivity; does not move forward on things as serious as high blood pressure or even the onset of Alzheimer’s! Moreover, does not look at the patient — he appears to be very uncomfortable with that. Little wonder, he always has open appointment times. Steer clear if you need real medical follow-up.

The doctor was nice but the staff was horrible. They lost my blood work and left a huge baseball size bruise on my arm because the guy taking my blood was new. So not only did I lose a day off work and get a huge bruise, but they never sent my blood work to the lab and so I didn't get my blood work done. I tried to find a resolution with the office before leaving feedback but nobody would call me back after multiple voicemails. The staff here sucks, the doctor was not the issue but his staff is horrible. Nobody cares they made a mistake. Nobody followed up after multiple attempts. I tried to contact them before leaving a review but they wouldn't call me back after losing my blood work and telling me by voicemail. Go somewhere else that doesn't misplace your blood. Still got charged for the full visit though even though they did not complete the main service I went for.

Excellent since day one. Came to his office first time 8 yrs. ago with severe poison ivy. Usual colds/flu. Very good diagnostician. He's my doc, no question about it.

Dr Epstein is one of those rare doctors with the gift of looking at you and your chart and giving you a reasonable diagnosis. I have know very few doctors with this gift and he is one of them. It is something that is a combination of knowledge, teaching and observation but it is the give of seeing.
