I detest getting a colonoscopy more than anyone I know. My last colonoscopy was 8 years ago so I knew I was overdue. I thought I might be having an issue, so reluctantly decided to schedule one. I met with Dr. Moore in her office prior to scheduling the procedure and found her to be attentive and kind and empathetic. She said the newer prep potion wasn't great, but wasn't nearly as bad as the old stuff. So I made the appointment for the procedure and fretted for the entire month before my scheduled colonoscopy. She was right - the prep potion she prescribed wasn't great but wasn't bad, either. It did the job and I had my colonoscopy the next morning. My appointment was at 9 a.m. but I was required to be at the out-patient surgery center at 8 a.m. They took me back by 8:02, the nurses were wonderful in setting up my IV, the anesthesiologist was wonderful, Dr. Moore came to talk to me pre-procedure, and the next thing I knew, Dr. Moore was telling me all went well and I could go… home. I was up and dressed by 9:30 a.m. Everything went super smoothly thanks to the wonderfully organized surgical center and Dr. Moore being in charge of everything. I trust Dr. Moore implicitly - she is kind and professional and patient and I knew I was safe in her hands. It was a surprisingly great experience. If you're hesitant about getting a colonoscopy, got to Dr. Moore - she'll calm you and will be there to hold your hand.

My name is Jesse Mathus; Dr Beth Moore is "the best", she is professional, thorough and congenial. She cares about me the patient and fully explains treatment options and outcomes. She connects with you and your issues and is a calming influence when dealing with and discussing very personal/private issues. I have been a patient for more than 20 years!

Never had to witness more inhumane or cowardly behavior in a medical setting. In the middle of a consultation, Dr. Moore left and had a subordinate come in to charge a patient who was literally naked and in pain. Unable to settle her balance on the spot, she did not return and refused further treatment.

First off, Beth has the worst interpersonal communication skills I have ever experienced. She was unable to help me, nor did she seem to care if she could. She appeared to be rushed and completely disinterested in discussing my health. On top of the poor service received from Dr. Moore, the front desk informed me that there was no co-pay; that my insurance covered the visit. I came to find out two years later that this was not true and that they had sent my account to collections. They refused to allow me to pay, gave me a number to call and hung up abruptly. The number they gave me was incorrect. And now Dr. Moore's office will not answer my calls. I don't know what's worse, the service I received from the Dr or the service from her front desk.

Dr. Moore is very professional, smart and knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner.

Dr. Beth Moore is nice, explains in detail how the surgery will be done. and assured me that I would be taken cared of. She also promptly gave me the surgery date as I was anxiously to get the cancer out of my body. So I went with the suggested robotic assisted surgery. I had good surgery, and recover time was short, not as painful as other may had in regular way.

Meticulous, patient, calm, caring. Perfect doctor for me.

I had a botched appendectomy (surgeon perforated my bowel). Next surgeon made the situation worse. Dr. Moore repaired the damage of the first two surgeons. I've had 5 abdominal surgeries and NONE were performed at this level of professionalism and competence.

Dr. Moore performed rectal surgery on me three years ago. I have no complaints about the treatment that I received from her. She was very professional.

HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 7A FOR COLONOSCOPY. SHE SHOWED UP AT 8:30 TELLING ME SHE FORGOT ABOUT ME. NEVER ASK ME A QUESTION. LEFT ME ON THE GURNEY FOR ANOTHE HOUR. COLD TO ME. ACTED AS THOUGH IT WAS MY FAULT SHE WAS 1 1/2 HOUR LATE. BECAUSE SHE DID NOT GET ANY HISTORY FROM ME I HAVE TO REPEAT THIS WITH ANOTHER DOCTOR. I TRIED TO TALK TO HER AND SHE WALKED AWAY FROM ME. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. I HAVE A HISTORY OF COLON CANCER AND WAS VERY FRIGHTENED. SHE DID NOT RELIEVE MY FEAR.
