VERY GOOD VISIT.

Dr Ngo is an excellent Doctor. I have been to many Dermatologists through the years and Dr Ngo is simply the best. She spends quality time and always addresses every one of my concerns. I trust her judgement and skills implicitly.

I just love her! She her a wonderful energetic person and a very charismatic doctor!And (the plus) she make you look soooo good! And natural!

I go to Dr. Ngo for EVERYTHING. She's removed raised moles, zapped scars, zapped sunspots, treated my eczema (and even shingles when I had those, yikes) and gives me botox regularly. I've seen several physicians, and none of them compare to Dr. Ngo. She's taken given me instructions after my botox that no other physician has ever even taken the time to explain, and because of it, I feel that it has lasted longer. Dr. Ngo also takes the time to explain the differences in all my skin issues and gives me options to treat them. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ngo to anyone who wants to see a trusted, caring, knowledgeable, no hassle physician!

My visits to Dr. Ngo were for the treatment of moderate acne. My first appointment was very pleasant; Dr. Ngo was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. During my second visit for follow up, she was noticeably curt and seemed to dismiss my feedback, prescribing me text book action as if I were a statistic -- I understand finding a treatment that is beneficial takes time and experimentation, but not treating patients as individual cases is an alert to ineffective health care. At my third follow up visit I spoke mainly with her Resident Doctor, who seemed to only know what he read on my chart in the room. When Dr. Ngo finally saw me, she did not ask me any questions or even say hello, she barked a course of action at me. When the Resident Doctor began to hurriedly explain the new medication and topical treatment to me, she abruptly left the room without saying anything to me and did not return. I left without being told if or when I should make a return visit. I walked by her and the… Resident Doctor in the hall when I left and only the Resident Doctor responded to my goodbye. This review does not cover the difficulties I have had with receiving return phone calls regarding prescriptions that I could not receive with the discount cards given to me by Dr. Ngo, many being expired! and others not working because I do not have prescription insurance coverage (which she and her office were repeatedly notified about.) In the end, I found Dr. Ngo to be extremely rude, unhelpful and ineffective as I am still struggling with adult acne 9 months after my initial visit.

Dr Ngo is truly the best Dermotologist. She spends quality time with you and goes above and beyond in addressing my concerns. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gno is very knowledgeable. I have always felt listened too, and she shows a genuine concern for my issues.

M.D. means MedicalDoctor for most who use the initials after their name. But for Dr. Ngo, it also means Melanoma Detector. Se has a gift in this area, and is highly skilled in detecting melanmas at an early stage, wich translates to saving lives. She treats me for other derm problems (such as dry skin, red skin, etc), and is thorough and thoughtful. She is clearly dedicated to the welfare of her patients, and it shows. While checking me for basil cell tumor which I had),she didn't have the tunnel vision that some docs show. She looked at my entire body and found a melanoma. Dr. Ngo is a treasure for USC, and I highly reocmend her.

Totally recommend her. She is very caring and accurately diagnosed me with my disease.

I have been to many dermatologists over 10 years to try to help me diagnose a very strange hivey/scaley scary looking rash I had all over my body that did not itch and that came and went, but never really left, it just moved around. I have been to UC Irvine, UCLA, grand rounds, had many biopsies, uv treatments, pills, creams, you name it. Every time it was never really diagnosed, and it was a mystery. An ugly deforming mystery.Fast forward to Dr. Ngo. Its a weird form of eczema triggered by a wheat allergy I didn't know I had and stress. I can now not feel like a leper. And she is just awesome! So happy to recommend!
