Good explanation of what was going on with my knees. Took his time. Answered all my questions. And I would like to add that his office was also well staffed with kind and knowledgeable people. Would definitely recommend.

Waited 20 minutes in the patient exam room for him, only to meet for approximately 15 minutes. This was a follow up appointment from my initial visit with a PA. The PA I initially met with did not explain the nature of the injury I sustained or necessary aftercare and misinformed me about the recovery timeline. In my follow up with Dr. Balldin, he comprehensively explained what the issue was? but in an extremely patronizing and condescending manner. He criticized me for not wearing a compression sleeve and for remaining active, even though I was unaware that I was/was not supposed to. Furthermore, Dr. Balldin was dismissive of my concerns and requests, which I suppose is why our meeting was so brief. He walked out of the room without offering any time for further questions or a mere compression wrap to use temporarily. Providers and their teams should always maintain a level of respect, foster a safe environment, and offer consistent medical care guidance, and my experience was… certainly not this. My injury conditioned has not improved whatsoever, even after following his instructions. In fact, it feels like it’s getting progressively worse and increasingly painful, but I’ll find another provider moving forward before seeing Dr. Balldin again

Dr. Balldin has kept me going through the years with my left knee issues. My recent visit was no exception. No wait, clear assessment, and scheduled injection, with possible knee replacement on the horizon. Not only is he excellent, so is his PA Cruz, snd we’ve referred friends.

I have seen him for several problems. Would probably sais not a talker but an informative doctor. Ask him and he will go into more detail. I would say conservative as he doesn’t jump into doing a surgery, tries other treatment methods before surgery. My orthoscopic surgery is doing well for my needs.

I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Balldin and his surgery team. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. He came highly recommended, and now I completely understand why. Dr. Balldin was extremely thorough with my right total knee replacement, and both he and his staff were always helpful, answering all of my questions and clearly explaining what to expect throughout the process. Their compassion, professionalism, and excellent bedside manner made a difficult situation much easier. I had my total knee replacement on 4/30 and was already walking the same day. I would absolutely trust Dr. Balldin again for my left knee replacement in the future.

Dr Balldin and his team are excellent. I highly recommend him . My knee surgery went well .

You only have one chance to make a good first impression The people that come to you for help are not only patients they are customers too. Customers have choices.

He treats you with respect and is attentive to your needs and is polite.

Dr, Balldin was very sweet and I appreciated his honesty. Will be back in a month.
