Dr. Brett Bryan Greenky, MD

My mother was a wheelchair bound patient who had not walked in 2 years. Dr. Greenky performed a bilateral knee replacement surgery on her. Bilateral knee replacements and typically only done on the healthiest/physically well patients. This was not my mother. He assured her she would walk again. When that didn’t work her took her back into the OR and did another surgery and casted her from hip to ankle! She died 2 months later. SOS states that “they did not deviate from the standard of care”. No other surgeon, including ones in his office would do this surgery. She was a perfect victim. Desperate to walk again and he told her what she wanted to hear. I have encouraged SOS management, risk team and physicians to meet with me. Their response was “they did not deviate from the standard of care” I don’t think you want a provider if this is the standard. He is reckless and will operate on anyone! Two years ago Dr. Greenky replaced my hip. Every bit of care from previous surgery to post surgery was professional, informative, quick, and caring. Dr. Greenky is simply the best orthopedic surgeon you could hope for. There is a lot more to a knee replacement than the knee--you are relying on the surgeon to keep you alive, address anything that arises, and send you home healthy. Greenky is confident, at ease, answers completely any question you might have. And, he is respected by the OR nurses and his peers as one of the very best. He's done two knees for me now. I recommend him.

The visit with Dr. Brett Greenky was excellent. He made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. He also told me what to expect before, during and after surgery. The appointment was on time without any excessive waiting.

Surgery went well. Recovery after 8 weeks is going well. He did an excellent job and i am anxious to see the continued improvement after more time passes.
