I have seen Dr. McFerren as my medical and cosmetic dermatologist for the past 3 years. His office is clean and beautiful. The staff is friendly and professional. If you go in prepared for his quick wit you will laugh through your appointment. There is no one I would trust more as my doctor.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Strober for over two years. Before seeing the good Doctor, I’ve been to two different emergency rooms/hospitals, CDC came to check on me, Dermatologist on Long Island, VA, all were concerned, but no answers. Through a period of time, he got me back on my feet, back to work. I will always be grateful. He is very professional, I felt he always had my best interest at heart. Thank you, Ken

I first saw Dr. Strober in NY City. He was very knowledgeable in my condition (Atopic Derm) and took very good care of me. I moved to PA and still traveled 2 hrs (each way) to see him twice a year. When he moved to CT, I continued to travel (3.75 hours each way) to see him. He started me on the newest treatments and I have had wonderful results. Recommend him to anyone with AD.

I went to UConn Dermatology for a consult for psoriasis. Dr Strober was very kind and compassionate. He listened to everything I had to say. He did not rush me along. He is very knowledgeable in his field. The office is run very smooth. Wait time is minimal. I highly recommend this office.

Very poor bedside manner. I came in with material I found online that could potentially help me. He refused to acknowledge my findings and told me in the rudest way that I am wrong. He also told me I have to stop interrupting. I was so flustered because he kept dismissing what I had to say I didnt realize I was interrupting. I am a patient that is tired of doctors not helping and supporting me in the past. He should have understood where I was coming from. He lacked compassion and empathy. A quality you NEED to have as a doctor. So disappointed. He even had me in tears.
