Dr. Bryan David Smith, MD

Awful office staff. Rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. I made an appointment more than 2 1/2 months ago. The day I showed up, they had lost the record of my referral and the appointment. When I contacted my referring physician, I found out the Palouse Urology staff had LOST TWO MONTHS of referrals and appointments from his office! The Palouse Urology office staff made no effort to put things right. They could care less. Avoid this office if at all possible.

Dr. Smith inspired confidence. He is highly competent. I very much appreciated that he explained everything he did during a cystoscopy.

So thankful for Dr. Smith.....he was great to work with. He explained everything, was very kind and helpful. I felt very confident with his care. I have been recommending him to others.

He's young, but knows what he is doing. Highly recommend!!!!

What was memorable? Wondering if this guy has psychiatric problems. Why would he convince me with his arrogance that I would rather drive to Spokane than go through that again? When he asked a question concerning my condition he would criticize my answers by cutting me off and saying he must have information! I was giving him everything I knew in a straightforward manner. One would think bedside manner would be covered when going for a medical degree. His behavior was so out there that I can't say whether he gave a correct diagnosis. I can imagine that being a doctor has its frustrations, but being a patient does, too, when we are talked down to, rushed and made to feel like we've done something wrong. I actually came away feeling badly but also feeling sorry for this man. His behavior was pathetic.
