Dr Casey O. Mccraw, MD

This poor excuse of a doctor refused to see me because I was 10 minutes late. Actually I was on time for my appointment and was a minute early. But since it was my first time, I was asked to be their 15 minutes early (although the grumpy lady at the counter said I was told to be there 30 minutes early) Hey lady - even when you called the day before to confirm you again said 15 minutes early. I was in so much pain when I went in, I could barely breathe or sit. After I started to fill out their paperwork, the rude lady said "we are going to have to reschedule you because you were late". I said, I was on time for my appointment but there is construction in this area and was stuck in a bit of traffic" - to which she said "well we already called him and he cant see you. I said, then see me a scheduled BECAUSE I WAS ON TIME FOR MY APPOOINTMENT and I will fill the paperwork out in the exam room or during or after, and that I was in SO much pain I had to see someone very badly. Then I said,… "wait, you just CALLED him"? So he isnt even here? Are you kidding me? Do I charge him for my time when he is late and makes me sit there waiting? But the rude lady could care less. You are in the wrong line of work lady when you have no caring or compassion. She just went on and asked when do I want to reschedule for? I said this guy just lost my business. I have top of the line PPO insurance, but my procedure wouldn't be covered - and was going to pay cash for the surgery which I understand starts at $17,000+ In the end, I am happy he didnt see me. Any doctor who turns down a patient in need because I took a few minutes off of his tee time doesnt deserve to be called a docto

Dr. Casey Mccraw is great! Besides seeming young and handsome, he's extremely sympathetic, patient and overall so sweet. I felt so comfortable and safe with him and look forward of keeping him as my doctor.

Dr. McCraw is very kind and understanding. The office is sometimes a little slow but that's not his fault. I'm glad he's in Las Vegas.
