Had to wait a bit to see dr., but once in, updated prescriptions, listed carefully to patient concerns and was very pleasant.

Dr. Mateo has a very strong grasp on my husband's situation. She has removed medications that are no longer helpful and has added other medications which will deal with the problems I discussed with her about my husband. She did it quickly, and with great knowledge is of his issue. Very impressed. Right to the point. Great strategy for me in dealing with him.

My wait in the waiting room was not too long, the nurse called me then asked questions, etc in good time and then I waited a short time for Dr. Mateo. She came in with a positive attitude, and asked questions concerning my recent medical history. She informed me she would get test results from another one of doctors which I thought was correct. She was very thorough and after asking more questions and doing short tests she discharged me. I was glad to have been there since she confirmed that I was doing very well.
