Dr. Catherine Leigh Dekle, MD

1. Sole purpose for video visit was to refill meds. I then had to spend hours of time on telephone with pharmacy and doctor’s office because Dr. Deckle did not send in necessary paperwork for my prescription. 2. On one occasion, Dr. Deckle began video visit by saying “why are we giving you this medication”. She had not read chart to see my only medical problem. 3. Her office did not respond promptly to my messages about medication.

I acquired Dr. Catherine Dekle when my previous PCP left Buckhead Internal Medicine, and I wanted to retain a Piedmont Hospital physician. I don't remember if my husband found her or if she was just assigned to me by the medical group. I am not the most compliant patient, but Dr. Dekle is not judgmental, and in fact is encouraging, and really cares about me, her patient, spending sufficient time to find out what is going on with me and offering suggestions. I feel empowered to improve my health situation (I am obese). I hope I will be Dr. Dekle's patient for many years to come.

Excellent care provided by Dr. Dr.Dekle. Her professionalism, clinical skills, follow through, care & concern instill confidence and a sense of security as a new patient.

Dr. Catherine Dekle saved my life. Period. She discovered my breast cancer after it had been missed by other doctors and many years of mammograms. This is a kind, considerate and excellent doctor who goes above and beyond. She even called to see how I was doing during cancer treatment. I wish she could instruct every doctor exactly how and what to look for while examining for breast cancer. I am 100% convenienced , if any other doctor had of examined me, my cancer would have went another year (or more) before being caught. Thank you, Dr. Dekle!
