Dr Shapiro told me to get a lactose test done at Quest Diagnostics. I went to Quest Diagnostics, and they told me they don't do lactose tests. Dr Shapiro should have known this, but he wrongly instructed me to go there and it was a waste of my time. Dr Shapiro lost his temper at me on the phone, blaming me for apparently not getting things right.

This is an immature and unprofessional "doctor" who completely wasted my time. First off, he made inappropriate comments about my referring doctor's wife. He then wasted nearly an hour telling me random stories that had nothing to do with anything. He instructed me to go to the wrong testing facility, even though he had my insurance information and should have known better, which resulted in me wasting time going to get wrong tests. On top of that, he finally returned my call after days by getting angry talking extremely RUDELY about how apparently I "can't get simple things right". He kept interrupting me and said he didn't have time to be on the phone with me because he has other things to do. I simply asked him to send my test results to my primary care physician, for which he me jump through many many hoops to get. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. A BIG HEADACHE, AND A WASTE OF TIME.

Doc, knows his stuff, And cool under pressure. I witnessed this first hand. I have been going to Dr. Charles for 6 months now.
