Awful experience. Four months after a medicial procedure, I am still waiting on what my lab results are. The doctor and the office refuse to call me back. I've even called the lab and they've confirmed the results were sent over for the second time, more than two weeks ago. How can they be this disorganized and inconsiderate? Avoid at all costs.

Compassionate and caring... understands how unnerving a visit to the urologist can be. Five stars plus.

Dr. Kelly is an expert surgeon and a caring and compassionate individual. He discussed my surgical options with me in detail, explaining each and letting me make the final decision. He also moved my surgery date up one month despite his crowded schedule in order to avoid my having to have a catheter for an extended period of time. My surgery went extremely well and my recovery is going just as well. I am very thankful that Dr. Kelly performed my surgery.

I quote someone on another site "Dr Kelly was recommended by a colleague of his who I highly respect.Upon my visit I found Dr Kelly to be very quirky and flaky. He acted if he was on speed." I waited an excessive amount of time (one hour) only to have the doctor run in and out of the room for 1 second and said something totally incomprehensive . Another half an hour went by and when I went to look for him and asked a staff member he popped up out of nowhere and said he was busy. I politely asked why I was waiting so long he got confortational and said he had other matters to attend to and I was confronting HIM . Well so do I have other matters to attend to.I left without seeing him. He does appear to be erratic and/or on some type of substance. I would not want him operating on me.

Whoever goes to this office just be careful because they charge cancellation fees. That's why they ask for your Driver License # over the phone upon making your fist appointment. at the time of making an appointment they never say to you they charge cancellation (no show) fee. You will find it when they leave you a message regarding upcoming appointment. It is very difficult to rich they office over the phone in order to make timely appointment cancellation. I do not know how good Dr. Kelly as a doctor, but these all looks like an average health care predators who wants to make money on you by all means.

Had a sonogram and waited over 2 hours to see Doctor for results. Every time I asked reception about the wait they said it would be a few more minutes. Finally I left and it took two weeks for someone to call me with the results. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Dr. Kelly is a wonder doctor who is caring and very thoughtful. I have the highest regarded for him.

What a wonderful doctor. I wish I had meet him earlier in my prostate problem. This guy is a real gem.

He is absolutely the best!!! Made me totally comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. Explained everything so I could understand.
