Dr. Courtney West Garrett, MD

I am not sure whats happening with Doctor Garrett but she is unable to maintain a persistent state of communication. I have no idea my diagnosis and have no plan to make me healthier. I am unable to get in contact w/ her and she refuses to leave informational voicemails. It is highly suggested that you visit a different less busy doctor.

Dr Garrett has performed two surgeries for my child. Both a last resort and have done wonders. Her bedside manner is excellent. She is very good at explaining procedures in laymen terms and puts the patient and family at ease. Follow up apts are easy to schedule and her support staff extremely helpful. Dr Garrett takes her time with all involved. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Garrett. She was patient, informative and took the time to make my husband and I feel comfortable with putting tubes in my 18 month olds ears in Jan. 2011. If you have 25 questions she will answer them for you and we did not feel like she was rushing to get to her next appt. On surgery day she was again reassuring and made the process go easy for all of us. The only negative would be dealing with the billing office. They were not the easiest to deal with since we had 2 insurances and did not want to bill one of them for the fact that they had issues with them in the past. When I asked for a complete breakdown of expenses they printed out a general total. Overall on the Dr. side of things Dr. Garrett is FABULOUS!
