I didn’t even want to leave one star, but zero stars isn’t a choice. I went with my elderly mom to see Dr Bhat. Horrible bedside manner. Doesn’t listen to you, just talks at you. Makes you feel like you are wasting her time and incompetent about your own health. She ordered procedures to be completed and has yet to call and go over those results. My sister and I looking in her portal have seen some suspicious findings that need taken care of. Let’s just say, we are moving on to someone else. Don’t waste your time with Dr.

Her bedside manner is very poor. Never heard from her after a CT scan she ordered for me. Would not recommend her.

Dr. Courtney was the worst gastroenterologist I have ever met, and quite frankly the ruddest and least caring doctor I have encountered. I woke up from the anaesthesia and I was feeling discomfort, and when I tried telling her she ignored me and just told her team to give me more medication. I heard her talking badly about me during the procedure and this made my experience even more uncomfortable. Go to any other doctor and you will be much better off.

She didn't seem to be interested in seeing me as a person, just there to do her **business**... During a procedure I woke up from the anesthesia and complained that she was being very brusque and causing much discomfort. She didn't care and continued working like she was doing an oil change on a car, not a colonoscopy. I will avoid her by all means in the future.

Dr. Courtney Bhat was very rude, arrogant, and dismissive of my very serious health issue. When describing my circumstances, she interrupted me 4-5 times. I highly recommend against her and would never return to see her.

Dr. Pigott was a very nice doctor who didn't seem like she had a whole office of patients even when it was clearly busy. She listened to me and didn't make me feel rushed

Dr. Pigott is an exceptional doctor. Because of her great knowledge, her compassion and her attitude, I feel very confident being her patient. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Pigott reminds me of the doctors of yesteryear. She spent quality time with me and calmed my fears about my medical condition. Dr. Pigott is a true professional and the hospital is lucky to have her on their staff.
