Summary
I was born in Pennsylvania, and spent my childhood in North Carolina. Prior to my professional training in Philadelphia, I went to undergraduate school at Notre Dame. I moved to Seattle in 2005, where I completed a fellowship in robotic surgery at Swedish Hospital. I have two young children. I chose medicine because of my interests in the sciences. It is satisfying to be able to integrate that passion with the care for others.
