Dr. Trites is the absolute best. She is not only well informed, she is upbeat, personable, respectful ... All good things.

Dr. Trites is a caring and excellent physician. I generally see her only once a year for my Well Woman Exam but it's clear that she keeps up with the latest changes/recommendations in her field and keeps these things in mind during each visit. This year she recommended two changes for me: one to do with screening mammograms and another to do with using estrogen. I appreciate that she always tries to take the best care of every patient - keeping us as healthy and functional as possible at every age.My only concern as her patient is the long wait to see her. I scheduled my annual exam over four months in advance. The office called a month before the appt to say that the doctor would be out that day and they wanted to reschedule my appt for more than three months later (that is, seven months from the date I originally called to set up my appt!). With special permission from the doctor I was able to get an appt close to my original appt date.

She spent 18 minutes talking with me. The exam only took 2 minutes. Excellent care!

Dr. Trites was exceptional. She was well prepared, understanding, knowledgeable, & answered all of my concerns. This is one of the first times I feel confident leaving an OBGYN appointment without confusion or lingering concerns.

I did not see my provider until over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Also the wait time to speak with someone on the phone was a barrier to scheduling an appointment. I had to wait on hold twice for 30 minutes each time, and was unable to take the requested call back because I could not remain indefinitely available during the work day. The automated system has been an added disruption to services since I started seeing providers with facey.

She is the best been seeing for a long time and would not change

I was having issues for years and didn't know how to resolve them. My video conference with Dr Trites and I discussed my symptoms. She was able to talk about what was happening and plan a solution. Her office was very helpful in getting my a video conference quickly. As a result, l did bloodwork and got on a treatment plan. She and her office were able prompt with responding to my concerns.
