Dr. Daniel Edward Stone, MD

Dr. Stone is a very personable and caring doctor. He has treated me for interstitial cystitis, urinary infections as well as hormone imbalance. He is an exceptional doctor and I highly recommend his. He is very thorough and answers all my questions where I can understand them. It is very easy to schedule appointments that are urgent as well.

You would be hard-pressed to find a more soft-spoken, professional, and "gentlemanly" doctor than Dr. Stone. All of my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction and respectfully and compassionately. I never felt rushed or pressured. Once I met him I was completely confident that Dr. Stone was who I wanted to do my surgery for pelvic organ prolapse. My surgery and recovery went extremely well and I am so thankful to have gone through with it!

I especially like Dr. Stone because He is so knowledgeable, listens well, and addresses any of my concerns on my level. He has a contagious smile and leaves me feeling positive about my well-being. He looks me in the eye when speaking or listening. I like him!

This was the best gynecological office visit I have ever had! When I left, I immediately called my wife and told his “I Love his!” Not only was I taken in for my appointment on a timely basis, but I was also treated with dignity and respect, and afforded all the time I needed with his to give him an accurate picture of my issues and to get my questions answered. He is knowledgeable and personable, and He can convey information in an easy to understand manner. The office was highly efficient and clean; the entire experience was, indeed, five stars!

I am so very glad I had the bladder prolapse surgery. I finally feel back to normal. I am so thankful Dr. Stone and the team at St. Joes hospital took excellent care of me during day surgery and subsequent visits. I would highly recommend this procedure to any woman with prolapse. Dr. Stone and his nurses and staff are very caring. They listen and take the needed time with the patient. The atmosphere is laid back, the doctor is truly amazing and he explains everything he is not in a hurry at all. I also noticed he travels to a very rural area and does this one time a month. He also takes the small steps before going into anything aggressive. He explains everything in a manner that patients can understand.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Stone and his staff. I have had numerous new doctors over the last couple of years and he ranks as one of the best doctors along with this staff. Dr. Stone and the nurses are so caring. My case may be challenging but he gives me encouragement. His willingness to work with my other doctors for a treatment plan that won't interfere with my other health issues is reassuring. So glad I finally kept an appointment with him!

Dr. Stone is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. Knowledgable and performed my surgery wonderfully, I had very little pain after and have been pleased with the results after my last doctor botched the same surgery 7 months before. I highly recommend Dr.Stone!

The surgery went well. Sore for about a week, putting an ice bag on tummy helps. This robotic surgery was easier than a mastectomy [which I had many years back]. He helped me at age 69 to hopefully prevent further cancer from coming bank [which was a worry for me, as my cancer was estrogen positive] I recommend this surgery for anyone. He explained everything so my husband and I could understand it. I liked the setting at SJH and the staff. they were excellent.

I’m 3 months post-op from a robotic laparoscopic repair of bladder/uterine prolapse and slight rectocele. I consulted 6 doctors before my surgery and am very pleased I chose Dr. Stone. He’s patient, empathic, and knowledgeable. He did not push me into doing anything I was uncomfortable with. He does not have a cookie-cutter treatment; I was treated like an individual.
