I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hakimi since my first baby over 10 years ago and multiple births later and even moving a distance away, I still make the trip back to see him. Best High-Risk Obstetrician! Dr. Hakimi has been my wife’s doctor since 2010, and we could not be more grateful for his care. We live in Lakewood, NJ, about 1 hour and 45 minutes from his office in Paramus, but the drive has always been worth it. Our recent delivery was a very complicated VBAC, and Dr. Hakimi went above and beyond. He personally stayed in the hospital with my wife for nearly 30 hours, carefully monitoring her and making sure she and our baby remained safe throughout the trial of labor after a previous C-section. His experience, judgment, patience, and expertise—especially with forceps—made a tremendous difference and ultimately helped my wife have a safe and successful VBAC. As a husband, having a high-risk obstetrician who was personally present and completely committed to our family gave me an incredible sense of confidence during an extremely stressful experience. The entire office staff, including his midwife Rachel, is also wonderful—kind, professional, and… genuinely caring. We will always be grateful to Dr. Hakimi for his dedication and exceptional care. Best High risk obstetrician! Since 2010, Dr. Hakimi has been my wife’s doctor for our fifth child, and from the very beginning, we could feel how genuinely caring, passionate, and devoted he is. He never made us feel like just another patient. He took the time to explain everything, answer every question, and make sure we understood exactly what was happening. His compassion and dedication gave us an incredible sense of comfort and confidence throughout the pregnancy. We live in Lakewood, NJ, which is about an hour and a 45 minutes away from Paramus, NJ. But after every life saving effort that he has done for our family, I can honestly say that the drive is worth every minute of it. Our recent delivery, two days ago. was a very complicated VBAC, and what Dr. Hakimi did for my wife is something our family will never forget. He provided what felt like a true concierge-level care by literally staying in the hospital with my wife for 30 HOURS, personally making sure that she could… safely go through the trial of labor after a previous Cesarean Section without rupturing her uterus. As a husband, watching someone you love go through something like that can be incredibly stressful. Knowing that our doctor was right there, personally involved, watching over her, and committed to getting her and our baby through it safely meant more to me than I can put into words. Thanks to his incredible skill, experience, dedication, and judgement, my wife had a safe and successful VBAC. The entire office staff, including his midwife, Rachel, are also wonderful.
