Dr. Daniel L Peterson, MD

Dr Peterson came recommended to me by at least 4 people. All roads lead to him. After herniating L4-L5 disk in a big way, I was in the worst back pain of my life with resulting sciatica and numbness of my right leg. After 8 weeks of excruciating pain, I finally decided to have the microdiscectomy surgery. I was reluctant to do surgery and was hoping it would get better on its own. Within hours after the surgery my leg came alive again and the agonizing pain was gone. There was just a small bit of tenderness around the incision ( only about 1 inch long!!!!) and I was completely recovered within a few weeks. Love this guy....very professional, knows what he is doing, and has friendly personality. Office staff fantastic also. Cannot say enough good things. He saved my life!

Dr. Peterson was my son's surgeon after a bike accident. My son's care was excellent and Dr. Peterson's staff was very helpful. Knowing my son had such good care was important during this very stressful time.

I was referred to Dr. Peterson by my primary physician. My right thigh was numb and I had tingling in my toes. It got so bad to the point I could not walk. Dr. Peterson was able to pinpoint exactly what disc had slipped and that they both were leaning on my sciatic nerve. This was why I was experiencing the numbness and tingling. He scheduled me for surgery and was extremely professional through the whole process. His staff made it very comfortable and a very pleasant experience. I was playing golf again six weeks after my surgery. I would recommend Dr. Peterson and his staff to anyone. Do yourself a favor and see Dr. Peterson and his staff if you have any discomfort anywhere on your spine. You will be happy you did.

This doctor and his staff took what could have been a very difficult procedure and made it seem routine. Dr. Peterson is a very professional surgeon and I am grateful to him and all involved for the good care I received.

I would highly recommend Dr. Peterson as I had no feeling in my hands or arms before the surgery and it came back in the recovery room after he operated on c2-c4. I had a lot of confidence in his ability and professionalism.

I would highly recommend Dr. Peterson. He was great in answering my concerns, Surgery went better than I expected and he was kind and friendly to my husband and myself. I have not one complaint.

My after surgery care from Dr Perterson was emotionally painful. He was patronizing and condescending. I did not go back to complete follow ups because of this.
