Dr. Daniel Orozco, MD

I was nervous going to my first neurology appointment . Dr Daniel Orozco was not only kind and patient but made me feel comfortable. He had empathy and took time asking me questions , I could honestly tell that he cares. I messaged him with questions - he got right back to me . He went out of his way to give me personal recommendations and really made me feel like I mattered. I have seen a lot of doctors in my time and he is one that wants to make a difference ! If you need to see a neurologist, I highly recommend going to him. My husband & I are sincerely, grateful. Kelli Lodico-Matus

I saw Dr Orozco today. I was very disappointed. He didn't address my concern in an understanding way. I brought in my MRI of my brain on a disc. I didn't get a concise treatment plan, a waist of my time. He didn't ask to see me again. In fact, I would never go to him again. 2 Stars

Don’t waste your time going to see Dr Orozco. He was extremely rude and so was his assistant! I had an MRI done in the emergency room and was told I had a meningioma. They told me to follow up with my neurologist so I did. When I went to see him all he said was “you’re fine” no explanation at all. He was actually aggravated with my questions. After finding out I had a mass next to my brain I wanted all the information! I was scared. I got nothing from him! I am now going to see someone else that can take the time to talk to me about what’s next and answer all my questions. I was going through so many different emotions and he just made me feel like I was crazy for worrying about it, worrying about ME. So plz save your time and $ and look for someone else.

Do not waste your time going to see this Dr. I went to see him with and abnormal MRI according to the images everything looked good, he diagnosed me with a migraine even tho I have barely any symptoms for migraines, he was about to leave without taking the time to look at the MRI report, there was some trauma in the cerebellum area which he didn’t understand and he said he didn’t know why did the radiologist put that there. I asked him to called the radiologist, also I asked him if there was more testing for me to do and he asked what I wanted to do, like who is the DR here?so disappointed

I would NOT recommend this doctor. I took my mother who suffers from dementia. I was giving this doctor because he speaks Spanish and I thought it would be good for my mother to communicate with him directly. After saying hello, the next question was “what is wrong with her?” Obviously he didn’t care about looking at her chart or familiarizing with the patient’s condition (which is in the referral form). He was very dry and disengaged. At the end of the appointment, he just wrote a prescription just for the heck of giving me something. I think he could noticed my disappointment. He ordered a CT Scan which the insurance would not covered because the order was missing information he did not provide. I tried for weeks to get a hold of him unsuccessfully. So I gave up. If you want a good doctor for your loved one or yourself, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!

Dr. Orozco was direct and efficient. He also didn't seem rushed, and he took the time to listen to my questions/concerns about my vestibular issues.

The worst Dr I have seen, not his calling in life!!

At a young age I was diagnosed with epilepsy from a baseball bat and this is the man that has helped me overcome my seziures the most. I have never had a doctor this good care so much about his patients and actually listen to what he or she is saying. He takes in all I information and makes sure his patients get what they need or deserve. He knows more about medications than any other neurologist I’ve ever had. Dr Orozco will forever be in my heart and wish all the best!
