He absolutely saved my life. I had a malignant brain tumor and he resected it (took it out) and saved my life. I would have died without him. He’s an amazing surgeon as well as an amazing human being. I highly recommend him.

I needed emergency surgery and I was near Lima. Fortunately Dr. Cooley was available. I was not familiar with him since I usually do business in Findlay. I am completely satisfied with his work.

Horrible doctor. Doesnt listen to your symptoms. Doesn't answer your questions. Quickly SKIMS through any information you provide to make his job easier and seems helpless.

My appointment was at 1:00. I finally got to see Dr. Cooley at 3:20. Yes! 3:20! After waiting 5 weeks to get the appointment, I had to wait over 2 hours in his uncomfortable waiting room The seats made my already sore back really hurt bad - they even hurt my husband's back. What would you expect after sitting there for over 2 hours?? You would think that a doctor specializing in spinal problems would have chairs that don't hurt your back. Once I finally was allowed to see the doctor, he took a PERSONAL cell phone call in the middle of my examination!!! Didn't even excuse himself. Just sat there and chatted for a minute or two. RUDE! No bedside manner. Then, scared the crap out of me with explanations of all of the possible side effects that could occur. Could have softened the blow a little. He may or may not be a good surgeon, but he definitely is not a good doctor. Good doctors care about their patients. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

Dr Cooley is the best doctor I have ever been to. He performed my L5/S1 surgery. Very informative and professional. Has the best office staff to. I recommend him to every one I know.

I HAD 4 LEVELS FUSION NECK SURGERY WITH DOC.COOLEY BEING THE SURGEON, HE IS VERY KIND,EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNER AS WELL AS BEING VERY CLEAR ON SPEAKING OF THE PROBLEMS YOU HAVE, HE SHOWS YOU EXACTLY WHAT IS WRONG , HE IS SLOW ON GETTING YOU IN ON TIME FOR YOUR APPT. BUT HE TAKES THE TIME TO BE COMPLETELY SURE OF YOUR DIGNOSES. AND DOES MAKE SURE YOU COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM AT HAND, VERY REASONABLE DOC. FEES AS WELL AS A WONDERFULL CARING OFFICE HELP, VERY GOOD DOCTOR NO REAL PROBLEMS SINCE THE SURGERY.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND DOCTOR COOLEY AND HIS STAFF.VERY EXCELLENT!
