I saw Dr. Gordon for a second opinion regarding my sudden hearing loss after an "ear specialist" at the university hospital told me there was nothing that could be done. Very glad I found Dr. Gordon

Very disappointed in Doctor Gordon. He lied to my 9 year old daughter about the surgery process for a tonsillectomy. My daughter is also terrified of needles and the staff at Oneida Healthcare didn't care took no measures to make it easy on her and tried holding her down while she was screaming in pain. They are extremely incompetent and can't even put an IV in the right way at Oneida Hospital. And dr. Gordon lied to us so I do not recommend him wouldn't take my dying dog to Oneida Hospital.

Dr. Gordon was able to make a diagnosis and recommend treatment after years of struggling with sinus issues. He is the best.

While I found his staff to be very knowledgable and pleasant, his bedside manner was atrocious. He seemed very friendly initially until after surgery when he became a very rude and arrogant individual. He never took the time to look into my chart. Ordered me the wrong medications after surgery (pharmacy said it was discontinued and unsafe to process) Which wasn't rectified until the following day. Dr. Gordon never took the time to consult with my primary doctor about my current pain management plan. He instead, very rudely called me directly and told me it was my fault that he gave me incorrect and then correct pain medication. He Treated me very disrespectfully, instead of manning up to his own mistake and explaining the misunderstanding to me (which my primary doctor DID take the time to do). His need to not be wrong caused me to get very upset. I trusted this individual with my health and it was clear his main concern was to place blame. He never apologized for what an pain and… inconvenience, his lack of attentiveness, caused my family and I. He came very highly recommended and I was extremely disappointed and would NEVER recommend him to anyone.
