Dr. Eugene Eric Stec, MD

He is the best ENT doctor I have ever had and I’m an old lady. He should be 5++++++++.

I had a bad experience at another local ENT ..Dr Stec and his staff picked up and were great,prompt and professional !! I would never take my daughter to anyone else !

My son is 9 now. Took his to this "doctor Stec" when he was 6. My son was born with hearing loss. This "doctor" seen my son and said his hearing Was slightly damaged and put tubes in. After the tubes were in he said my sons hearing was perfect. So sense this guy is supposed yo be a specialist. I took his word for it. A year later we made a appointment for a check up. This doctor did a bunch of tests and again. Passed my son. A year later..a piece of my sons tube came out. So I called and the secretary (extremely rude) informed me they can't give me advice on the matter until my bill was paid. Its funny because it turns out. Dr stec dropped my sons type of insurance and didn't inform us when he had my son in last and gave him a battery of tests. So sense he didn't inform us he tried billing me 900 dollars. Well after battling with the secretary I finally got the nurse. Another ignorant human being. She asked me "what makes me qualified to say its a tube that came out?" Well she didn't… know my profession but I'm more than qualified to say it was a tube. Plus anyone knows that we are organic beings. Not born with plastic in our ears. If something plastic falls out of your ear .. I was placed there. So I took my son to a real doctor. My son is legally deaf and Dr stec told me he had perfect hearing. My sons new doctor informed me that my sons hearing loss could have been slowed if caught in time. It wasn't. All because of this greedy. Inconsiderate. sorry excuse for a specialist. If your considering taking your child to this man. Please don't. Not sure if he is still saying he will take your insurance and then billing you after the appointment. But he let my sons hearing be compromised. If this was caught early enough my sons hearing loss could have been slow'n. Now this man let it go to the point where he us legally deaf. I am currently speaking to a negligence law firm. So if your taking your child to this "doctor" BEWARE AND GET ANOTHER OPINION BECAUSE GOD FORBID HE DECIDES TO DROP YOUR INSURANCE. HE CAN CARE LESS ABOUT THE PATIENT. YOU ARE A PAYCHECK. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. THEY WOULDNT EVEN TELL ME WHAT TO DO OVER THE PHONE TILL I GAVE THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER. REALLY SHOWS HOW MUCH THEY CARE ABOUT A 9YO HEALTH CARE. LIKE I SAID. IM IN CORRESPONDANCE WITH A LAW FIRM. SO NOW HE IS LOOKED AT AS A PAY CHECK AS WELL. He allowed my childs hearing to slip away.

Kind, patient and really knows his stuff.

I scheduled early so didn't have to wait long. He is a busy doctor because he is so good. I took my son in with an earache and Dr. Stec diagnosed another serious condition we didn't even know about. He is an excellent diagnostician.

Dr Stec is a true healer. In short he cares. He taskes the time necessary and puts patients before schedule or $$$. I am fortunate to have met him
