Dr. David Evan Byrd, MD

One of the worst medical experiences I have ever had, coming from a chronically ill patient who has borne with a lot of doctors still finding their feet as practitioners. A practitioner of many years, Byrd should most definitely be a better doctor than he is today. As it stands, he said things to me (his patient, whom he was being paid to see and care for) that were incredibly dismissive, rude and a little mean, and that's not even getting into the multiple factual inaccuracies this man tried to pass as medicine. David Byrd does not deserve the continued maintenance his license, and reflects badly on all of CCHC, as his employment moves one to question the company's hiring practices.

Dr. Bird needs to take a course in good bedside manner. He's rough, he's course and it's more than evident after you been in his presence for more than a few minutes, you are a cost unit...NOT a patient. Sad.
